Meeting of Board of Faculty of School of Advanced Studies for approval of M Phil Gender Studies and BS Gender Studies programs of Department of Gender Studies was held on May 5th, 2017 at UMT. The programs were discussed and approved by worthy member of BoF including Dr Abdul Hameed (Dean SAS and Dean SSSH), Dr Julie Flowerday (Professor of Sociology, Forman Christian College), Dr Sarah Shahed (HoD Dept. of Gender and Development Studies, LCWU), Dr Muhammad Shoaib Pervaiz (HoD, Dept. of Pol. Sc., UMT), Dr Naveda Kitchlew (Associate Dean, HSM), Dr Elizabeta Zelinka (Asst. Prof, Dept. of Education), Dr Uzma Rashid (Associate Dean, SSSH and In-charge Dept. of Sociology), Ambreen Salahuddin (In-charge Dept. of Gender Studies, UMT), Ali Islam Ghauri (In-charge Dept. of Anthropology, UMT), Ms Iram Rasheed (Lecturer, Dept. of Gender Studies, UMT) and Mr Muhammad Asif Khan (Lecturer Dept. of Anthropology, UMT).
