1st Board of Studies Meeting School of Professional Advancement

SPA had its first Board of Studies (BoS) meeting which was held in RS Board Room under the Chairmanship of Rector UMT Dr Hasan Sohaib Murad. Director SPA Dr Naveed Yazdani introduced the concept, mission, objectives and pedagogic philosophy of SPA and stressed how SPA is building academia-industry linkage. He also introduced the recently launched programs at SPA.
External members included Dr Uzma Javaid, Director Studies City School, Ali A Agha, Director/VP ICI House, Rashid Turabi, HR Consultant, Ali Raza Zaidi, Executive Director, EFU Life, Monis Rehman, Chairman, Rozee.pk and Dr Safdar, Principle, Jinnah Medical College. All the participants appreciated the efforts of SPA team and Naveeda Kitchlew, Chairperson, Business Administration HSM, applauded the achievements of SPA in a span of just 3 years. The suggestions and guidance of the members were recorded in the minutes in the light of which a couple of new courses would be added.
