Khurrum Shahzad, MS Management student, presented his research proposal in a seminar conducted by the Graduate Research Centre. The title of his presentation was "Sources of Work Stress and their Relationship with Demographics in Pakistan" He identified the possible sources of work stress and explained in detail the hypothesis of his study. The presentation continued for half an hour. Question and answer session followed the presentation and queries were made regarding the population, sample size and methodology of research.
All PhD committee members of HSM attended the seminar and gave valuable suggestions to the presenter. MS students also attended the seminar and asked pertinent questions. Dr Rukhsana Kalim, Associate Dean (Research) requested the PhD committee members to submit their comments on the Research proposal. All members unanimously approved the proposal with minor changes. The seminar ended with a note of thank by Dr Rukhsana Kalim.
